MEET THE CREATOR: BIANCA RIDNER

I earned my real estate license in 2019, after selling my first home and having a less than positive experience. My motivation then and still now is to provide value to my clients, so that they don’t feel taken advantage of or underrepresented in real estate dealings.

Since then, I’ve bought, sold, refinanced, and built homes for myself and with my clients. I’ve had the privilege of investing in home improvement projects while not owning the home. Overall, I’ve had some unique experiences that not every real estate agent has had. Plus, real estate is not primary income, enabling me to give unfiltered guidance.

I primarily serve the Hendricks/Putnam/

Parke/Morgan county areas and I’m especially knowledgeable when it comes to lakefront properties on Heritage and Raccoon Lake. I’m passionate about using real estate to create wealth, and educating people on how they can get started. I enjoy boating, traveling, and hanging out with my three cats. For primary work, I’m a scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. 

As a real estate agent, I encounter a lot of questions from friends and family curious about different options. My husband and I have had unique experiences investing in real estate. This blog captures a lot of those questions and recaps our personal experiences.
